Important Announcement

(Pls read carefully before doing the registration)

Dear Saints,

National College Students’ Training which will be held in-person in Chennai (Transworld Radio India, Paramankenni, Cheyyar Taluk) from Oct. 02nd-05th, 2025. The first session of the training will begin at 11:15AM on Oct. 02nd and the last session will end by 12:30PM on Oct. 05th.

• Registration is open for the following options with the recommendation of the brothers in the locality:Teenagers, College Students and Young Working Saints

Registration:

The registration fee for the college students and the teenagers would be Rs. 1800 and for all the other saints, the registration fees would be Rs. 3000. 

There will be no children’s service. This is only for those YWS and serving ones coming with their children. For children below 6 years there will be no registration fee. They would eat on the same plate and sleep in the same bed with their parents. Registration fee for children between 6 years to 12 years would be Rs. 1800. We would require their details in the registration form to arrange their snacks, materials and food.

Transportation:

The registration fee does NOT include transportation fee from Chennai to the training venue on Oct. 02nd (Transworld Radio India, Paramankenni, Cheyyar Taluk), and return to Chennai on Oct. 05th after the training. The transportation service will be Rs. 500. Please indicate in the registration form, if you require this service or not. Please also share your arrival and departure details for picking-up or dropping-off. Saints are requested to give their train numbers correctly in the registration form.

Saints who would be coming by flight need to make their own arrangement to the venue. While booking their flight tickets, saints travelling from the same locality can consider travelling together so they can book a cab to the venue.

Accomodation:

There will be separate dorms for brothers and sisters.

Brothers shared AC & Non-AC rooms and Sisters shared AC & Non-AC rooms are available at extra cost apart from the Registration Fee. The Shared AC room will be Rs. 3500 + Registration fee (per person) and the Shared Non-AC room will be Rs. 2000 + Registration fee (per person).

Note: As there are a limited number of rooms, we request saints who require them to book at the earliest. Also, the shared rooms will be allocated for brothers and sisters separately and NOT for families.

Important information:

1. In order to confirm the registration, please make a payment of Rs. 1500 to your responsible brother in the locality before 25 August. The remaining amount of registration and transportation fee should be paid to the locality responsible brother before 25 September. These are strict deadlines.
2. Registration will be confirmed only after successfully transferring  the registration fees to the responsible brother in your locality. Once the registration is complete you will receive an email with registered details as an acknowledgment.
3. We would have translation through FM transmitters. If you need translation, please prepare FM radios or receivers and ear phones.
